OUR BEEF CATTLE

JimRay Farms is a family farm where we spend many hours caring for our animals. Our herd mainly consists of Red Devon cattle, some Black Angus and a few Charolais. Along with our own cow/calf beef herd, we buy in heavy-bred cattle, calve them out and market the pairs through our local sale barn. This season our 300-400 weight steers brought top of the market, which is a nod to the good management practices and attentiveness we show to our animals.
