These eggs are produced from happy chickens who are truly free range and pastured on our small Kalona, IA farm. The chickens follow along behind our beef cattle herd, freely eating grasses and bugs, as well as GMO free chicken feed. Because we rotationally graze our cattle, these chickens are getting fresh pasture every day. They lay their eggs in a cattle trailer-converted-portable chicken coop and we gather once a day.
